Standard Return Policy:

  • Qualified products can be returned within (30) calendar days of purchase.

  • The product must be active, in its original packaging, unworn, and unused to be eligible for return.

  • Returns may be subject to a maximum restocking fee of 30%.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions:

All sales are final if a discount of any sort is extended and/or custom or made-to-order products are purchased. These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 calendar days of your purchase to initiate the return process. You can reach us at support@Varaluzhome.com.

  2. Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return, and at least one photo of the product(s) you wish to return.

  3. Our customer service team will acknowledge your message and, if approved for return, will provide you with return shipping instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were included with the product.

  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  6. Send us the tracking number.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Returns for store credit are available for Varaluz Home Account holders only. Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting returned merchandise.
