By and large, shipping costs (if any) will be automatically determined by our system on a per-order basis. Shipping costs may vary based on factors such as the size and weight of the items, destination, and shipping method selected.
Free or Reduced Shipping:
There may be select products, orders, and/or promotional periods during which Varaluz Home will offer free or reduced shipping costs within the 48 contiguous United States. If free shipping is awarded, your order will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, at MHL's sole discretion. Please note that free shipping cannot be expedited.
Exclusions:
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are excluded from free shipping promotions. Customers placing orders to these locations will be responsible for the full shipping costs associated with their order.
Shipping Methods:
We primarily use UPS or FedEx Ground for shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, which will be displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, the destination address, and other factors beyond our control. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
Order Processing Time:
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Address:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Varaluz Home is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
